Friday September 26th. in Háskólatorg, room 105 at 12.00-13.00.

The future of the U.S.-Russian relationship appears to be a crossroads with Russia's seizure of Crimea and support for an invasion of Ukraine.  The relationship seems to be the worst it has been since the end of the Cold War.  This talk reviews the major problems in the U.S.-Russian relationship, from Ukraine to arms control violations, as well as the significant and considerable cooperation in it.
